Scholarship  Funds  - Instructions  for  Applicants 

Any applicants from an EAAP member country (for member country list see www.eaap.org or contact eleonora@eaap.org)  (maximum of 38 years of age) can apply for a grant to attend the EAAP Annual Meetings. An applicant who already obtained a scholarship in the past cannot re-apply within 3 years.  Grants are distributed subject to the financial constraints of the EAAP.

The EAAP individual membership has now been in place for a full year and we are happy to acknowledge the success of this initiative.

Most countries have responded well and going through our database we noticed that Greece has many registered members.

The benefits to become an Individual Member (membership is free!) are:

• Participate in scientific sessions and workshops, including the EAAP annual meeting, at a discounted registration fee – €50 saved when registering at the Bratislava Annual Meeting (27 - 31 August 2012)
• Facilitate, through EAAP networking with research institutes, industries and scientists
• Use of a platform to publish research results and proceedings in the “Scientific Series” and in the “Technical Series”, both published by EAAP
• Receiving by email the EAAP Newsletters
• Receiving by email the EAAP publications that can be download for free (like “Animal Frontiers”)
• Discount on getting electronic access to our journal “Animal”
• Become a member of the European animal science community
• Bundle membership with other international organization (like ASAS)
• And many others…

Please remember that this Individual membership is absolutely free and for the duration that the member sees fit.
